From tonight's Web Report by Robertson-Stephens:

"We expect that leading ePayment companies with superior,
differentiated technology, strong channel partnerships and the
ability to leverage financial institution marketing investments
will emerge as eProcessing franchises over the next 12 to 18
months. Our ePayment recommendations include, in order of
preference, CheckFree (CKFR $48-1/8), Carreker (CANI $32-1/2),
Trintech (TTPA $9-9/16), Fundtech (FNDT $14-13/16) and Digital
Insight (DGIN $20). We believe these companies possess the
strengths outlined above."

"A name we would recommend that investors underweight is
Bottomline Technologies (EPAY $20-1/8), as this company's revenue
is derived primarily from legacy software, and its new B2B
electronic bill payment and presentment platform is not
sufficiently differentiated, in our view."
