We may never know what really is gong on here but this is certainly exciting news; Bill Radvak is very dedicated and loyal to RBM and I believe a major shareholder. As to why it has taken so long to get here I don't know but the well defined milestone goals are a sharp focus and it really seams that we are on our way. It has also been taking a long time to find a major partnership deal but we want to get not just any deal but a good one; so maybe nothing will happen until after clinical trials have become complete.
