I have a copy of NAV 2001, so no problem. Also, I have two nice monitors & don't need to upgrade.

There was no choice on OS, if I had called, I expect that I could have changed it.

I am excited about the handheld. I need to wait an hour for them to reset the IP & clear up the security issues, but I got it to connect to my broker!

Mark,

I got the option of Windows 2000 OS for this computer (4100) by buying it through the small business division. I also got a special offer of double memory free (I got 512M for price of 256M). The homeowner division gave away the CDRW for free and I didn't get that one. Windows 2000 option was an extra $99 btw.

cheers!

Rick

Dell in Canada gives, Windows and 2000. Up until a week ago, they use to have Windows 98SE.

My new system will be ordered in a couple months once the P4 come down at bit in price. Ordering box only.

It looks like I will be going with Windows ME, as a lot of my software won't work on 2000.

Does anyone here use ME and if so, how does it run?
