Let me make sure I understand you.

Assuming for the sake of argument your premise that art lessens vitriol, are you saying that you think ((the benefit of the safety valve created by the subsidized art) minus (the benefit of the safety valve of the art that would still get created if there were new subsidies)) is greater than the sum of the anger of all those right wingers?

Are you saying that the ritual combat is a net asset to society?

I don't mean to be inflammatory, but can anyone here explain to me why liberals consider themselves to be superior to other people? Why are they so delusional(sp?)? Is it because of all the stuff they smoke? Why do they usually attack people who disagree with them instead of trying to argue logically? Are they incapable of logical argument?
I'll get around to questions about conservatives later.
