Hi Sector,

I've have a stock that holds 50 % margins.Cohu over the years does this .They have a herd time holding 15% bottom line.

15 % would be outstanding. It seems that gain volume/marketshare selling arrangements occur this will trim the 17% to 15.In the case of KVHI they also have introductory expenses on satellite dishes.

I think we may be absolutely amazed at the margins of the modulators. If a manufacturer has the capability of new technology at greater speeds at much cheaper - Why cut out the margins.High margins can be addictive in the beginning of a "new product". I suspect Martin will price the modulators "rich" compared to the gyros.JMHO

Hope to hear you singing more often!!! HEHEHEHE
