i agree. paul and i was mentioning about the bearish pennant. but, the market broke out of it..

that is where my indicator comes in where it will show strength (buy signal) or weakeness (sell).

using the 2 together (trendlines and indicators), i have a better picture.

I was fooled by the bearish pennant pattern... yup

that's why you ask 2 TA'ers on the same chart, you'll never get the same answer ! LOL!!

notice his trendlines dont nick every high's and low's either. but it gives good overall picture.

I like the way the trend lines are drawn. It shows how subsequent daily rallies found resistance before hitting the reaction highs of the initial burst of buying.
