We I am watching C, CAT, and XOM. Once these stocks hit new highs, then I think this new value-oriented market will rise real slow and steady. The COMPQ will trade as you say, my opinion as well. It has been a long time since value names stand to lead the market. There is some remaining fear that old tech giants will make a move, but the action in the S&P and Dow suggests otherwise.
