I agree 100%. Sentiment is basically unchanged from some of the most bullish territory the markets see on a periodic basis....Rydex, IIA, probably others.

Not having kept track, my guess is that WON's price and volume signals viewed in isolation have given about 20% true signals over the past 2 years. A far cry from the oft-touted 80% rate, historically.
