thanks Dale, i spent a little over an hour with Don Iwacha (CEO Light Management), at their office and that was the second time in 2 years. I can tell you this, the first time I was there, not a hell of alot was going on, on tuesday I would say that the office about tripled in size of employess, and was buzzing. The phone was ringing off the hook there. I was very intrusive to Don to say the least and asked him rude questions like" how much stock did you sell this year, and when it popped last year", and "do you realize your company has red flags all over it from an investors point of view?"(otcbb, Canadian owned).. I told him thier investor relations was pathetic, and I did a background check on him and his executives.. Needless to say I put him on the defensive right away. He handled himself well, and began to show me what they were up to. I really didn't expect so much of his time really, but took full advantage of it. He made reference to a few "mistakes" they have made along the way via filings and maybe too much optimism from the start based on a concept and said it was a learning curve for them as this was all new territory. Basically these guys bought laser show systems (which is very cool btw of which I have seen in commercial use), and adopted a concept from it's technology which translated into their acoustic optical switch. To sum it up, These guys have a very very hot product imho, and lack exposure and marketing. Revs are small, but growing, and really dont reflect the technology they have.. Again this is only my opinion but I think these guys will get snapped up in a hurry by a Big. When I asked him the possiblity of a buyout, he referenced Xros which Nortel bought for 3.25 billion dollars, and stated. "They sold Nortel a concept that we have a superior product to so if and when we see an offer it will have to be sizable and shareholder approved". I'm comfortable with a long position here despite the markets right now, and it's in my back pocket, I'll let you know how I make out!.. Thanks for that link Dale.. Talk later
