I would question anyone who lets their religion interfere with their decision making process. What if he wanted to consult a Ouija board? Would that be acceptable? If not, why not? How about a magic 8 ball?

I wouldn't make fun of his religion, but I might make fun of him if he came out with a statement that demanded to be made fun of.

And no, I would not want to have an orthodox Jew who consulted God on questions of law to be Attorney General.
