You can convert the case by doing the following:

1. open the document with Word
2. highlights the whole document
3. click on the menu bar on the top - format / change case / sentence case <-- the sentence will look very good

4. also you can do - format / paragraph / single space for line-spacing <-- convert double spacing to single spacing

It still came out to be 35 pages ! I havn't got time to read it yet.
