next leg down will be macro not on co news. they don't care about warnings as long as the fed is cutting. they have to come to the conclusion that rate cuts aren't going to make any difference, which they soon will... THEN we collapse.

Yep. I think the play here is to be long energy and other commodity based inflation plays. The retail sales numbers were stronger than expected, the "core" PPI (which is bullsh*t, but apparently someone believes in the concept) is rising. Its clear BubbleBoy is easing/printing primarily to bail out the banksters at this point, the economy wasn't in that bad of shape. So the end result will be inflation/stagflation. When the "recognition wave" (to borrow a line from Da Cheif) hits it will be ugly, but it will take some time.
