hire some competent programers, would you, please????

This is not a programming issue, it's a project management issue. And the project management issue is most likely the fallout from higher level management issues. These problems will not go away until a competent IT manager with an established track record is given a mandate, along with absolute final say as to what changes are allowed to the site.

This may not be politically possible, but it's the only way this mess will ever be cleaned up. The alternative is the Death Of A Thousand Cuts.

August,

<< Scott, I hope you make them all consistently LARGER! >>

There must be inconsistencies between the way things are viewed depending on browser, options, and resolution.

My messages have a new ugly type font ... larger (higher but narrower serif font) ... when viewed as multiple posts in Classic using IE5.5 (medium size) at 800 x 600. It is pretty unreadable. Italics and Bold really garrish.

The non serif font used in preview looks good ... maybe a point size small. The single message view is fine ... about what we used to see in multiple messages ... all of course the way I'm set up.

- Eric -

You are right on the time frame - The small font is a top priority this am along with the double post/edit issue. I was meaning it will take a few weeks for all the fonts to be consistent in StockTalk. Enlarging the smaller font is a critical issue that I am working on this am.
