From what I have heard, since Levitt (sp?) has been there, the SEC has become very investor friendly. But write quick, I think he is leaving soon. I would also CC the broker. Just knowing that your taking to the SEC might change their minds.

I think if it's a NAZ stock, they also have some power so you could try CCing them also.

In any event, it can't hurt.
