No, I don't plot it for the highs and lows, but I watch it along with the adv/dec each day when I get those numbers... I've noticed in the past two weeks the highs and lows have made a dramatic turn around to the up side..... right this very moment with the markets down pretty good, the new highs are 108 and the new lows are only 5, that's better than 20 to 1 in favor of new highs... that statistic has to be telling us something, and I think it's telling us that the averages are about ready to turn up.....
