Got suckers buying, opportunity to sell before bankruptcy. If you were looking to sell what you were stuck with, this might be it. Something is better than nothing. Their big hopes are bet on such companies as Telocity, which will most likely announce bankruptcy in the near future. Their business model is worse than Flashcom's. The employees are going to be really mad later. Management is giving them false hopes for second and third quarters. As if they will even survive until then. What the hell is this company waiting for? The founder needs to stay, and a lot of the high and mid management need to go. If they don’t file, they will see a whole bunch of lawsuits instead, which will wipe them out anyway.
