It was a french company called BBSP. Their website is called bbsp-tao.com but you cannot get in without subscription. It is quite expensive and it is used by investment banks and asset managers across multiple markets - FX, Bonds, Equity Indices and Stock.

I used to use them when I traded in a bank, and we thought it was all hogwash at the time. They predicted the Oct99 tech rally (I was short for most of it LOL) and they called the top at NDX4800 in Dec99/Jan00. I was stunned at their accuracy.
From there I started reading about T.A..
From what I have found out they have not been too great since May2000 but they where adamant that NDX4000 was not the top in this bull run.

Send them an email - they are quite approachable as is anyone over email. In all honesty I have found the quality of some of the TA analysis on SI better than a lot of the paid stuff.

Wavecounts do my head in. They always seem to give you more choices than you want/need. In the end it is one of buy/sell/avoid thats all I need to know.
