It's quite clear the NAZ has already largely discounted the expected bad earnings last and next quarter. The bear's best argument, and a legitimate one, is the stagflation scenario - the Fed will cut interest rates aggressively over the next couple months; what will the inflation picture be in 3 - 6 months? Today's PPI report was downright awful ... and perhaps could get worse.
