I just spent 2 hours on the phone with these meatheads.. Its amazing how this whole business is run..

That was my argument, and im glad you backed/confirmed that because in my letter to the SEC I said I felt they should have given me an opportunity to fund my account to cover the error. No notice was sent to me, nothing..

I appreciate everyones help on my latest dilemma.. its much appreciated and I wont waste any more thread space on this.. but God- it just gave me chills because it reminded me of that horrible day with ADSP and I saw all my friends being covered out of positions they had the funds to back up.. Knowing full well the hype would stop and the stock would tumble eventually.. and in the end, im sure the outcome of my little situation will be similar- somewhere along the line I signed on a dotted line thus giving the clearing house power to basicaly any and all of my money if they decide they need to buy a new car :) :)

(probably not far fetched, just different wording :) )
