I can see ANY edit is currently going to end up in a double post ......

I went back to identify that the olive oil --- caraway seed mix was
a salad dressing .... that is for the culinary challenged folks here on the nut thread ....

I can see JXM asking ...
what you supposed to do with that stuff, Nemer .... pour it on your bran flakes ?????

My wife makes a great crunchy salad..
Here tis...INGREDIENTS
Cup Sunflower seeds
Cup Slivered almonds
2 Pkgs Ramen Noodle Soup(use Noodles only)
Package of chopped cabbage
Dressing
1/2 cup of Tarragon Vinegar
Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

mix the noodles, almonds and a stick of butter on a baking sheet and bake at 350degrees for 10/15 minutes make sure it doesn't burn..
Mix the salad dressing ingredients together
Add a large package of chopped Cabbage
and the noodle mixture together..
Por the dressing over it and eat it right away before the noodles get soggy..
Anyone doesn't like it they can have their $$ from me..<gg>
