We've had 10 month of declines - from 3/10 - 1/8 ... almost 10 months of bear market. I thought I read somewhere that bear market lasted an average of 9 months. A counter-trend rally, even in the context of longer-term bear market, may last about 1/3 of that time period or 3 months, which would take us to perhaps early April.

After April, I haven't the slightest clue which way NAZ will go.
