There had to be a reason why it didn't move up, when it came out with such good news late afternoon yesterday... Ariba (ARBA) 43 3/8: -- Update -- Downgraded to ADD from BUY at ABN AMRO on concern of a perceived slowdown in sequential revenue growth when deferred revenue is taken into account; says transition to term licenses has created ambiguity in ARBA's true revenue growth and has the effect of artificially inflating reported revenue growth; also believes that a 94% increase in receivables may cause unease with investors.
