I read Jackson even made remarks about appeals Ct. Judges that raises eyebrows. I think this whole case will be flushed down the toilet. Jackson seem to want to get "even" with MSFT and appeals ct. after the appeals court overturned his decision in the 95 case. This may be why he tworked hard with DOJ to bypass appeals ct. Now comes the fun times!!!
