It is too easy to hide pork among the tax laws. I would like to see the income tax be just a tax (3 rates in income bands). Any incentives that the government thinks are necessary should be a separate program. The incentive checks should be a separate check that can be added up and reported to the public.

And yes Les, after the tax cuts benefit the wealthy mightily, they might impact the economy in 15 months and help those poor dumb slobs who are thinking they are getting a deal by $50 in 24 months
