Mike, yes, that is a drawback ... up here, our most cruel and unusual punishment is torture by incessant politics ("They sentenced me to twenty years of boredom ..."). <g>

btw, I don't know if it was intentional or not, but this pretty much sums up my feelings on capital punishment:
