if anyone knows of a European bond fund

BEGBX has been proposed on the Oil Drillers thread as an open end fund giving euro exposure.

While I have a small position in the fund, I haven't done in depth due dilligence. From the 50,000 foot level, it seems to track the currency movements. Top holdings appear to be govt bonds of various euro players, but I didn't check the weighting compared to the currency.

I'd be happy to hear about pink elephants buried under the covers if anyone should happen to see one <g>
