Don't worry about REI. We here in Minnesota will pick up the REI debt from California through our heating bills. We are the great subsidizing arm for California citizens. <ggg>

bd, I think Reliant is fine. Not my cup of tea, but a decent choice in the utility area. Since I haven't paid my bill, I will hold you to your guarantee of no cutoff. <VBG>

I have never sold Vaso. I certainly wish I did when it hit $14, but that is a river of tears under the bridge. Since my average cost is well below $2, I can't complain about the way it has treated me.
