Sultan, ;) There is certainly something to it, even for those FA folks out there. I think its worth the time to try to figure out how to integrate it into your bag of tricks. The key is not to get off track. There is a lot of flaky info on TA out there. I think many folks that 'fail' at it do so either because of lack of personal drive and/or following one of the many obscure paths there are to follow. The reality is that technical trading is all about simplicity. Those methods and approaches which seem simple and are all about common sense are more likely to be useful. Things are going nicely here at the ranch, although I've been sick as can be since the new year. I think this weekend, finally, I will be well enough to run again. Flu seems to be hitting lots of folks I know in this town and elsewhere. Darn kids bring everything home! How about lunch sometime soon?

Hi Sultan, Nice to have you drop in this thread. Yeah... I'm now very committed to TA. With TA, the results are quicker.... minutes rather than years. I mean, who can get excited in this new millenium by investment advisors saying you have to hold on to stocks for 5 to 10 years for a 15% return?This morning, I bought QQQ seeing strong Nasdaq momentum. 2 hours later, the momentum subsided, triggering my trailing sell stop. Viola... 1 5/8 profit. Only TA gives such adrenalin rush and quick gratification. Want ACTION? Go TA! btw... are you and hsg still baby sitting ivc <g>?
