I think William has fallen into "hyping" -- he uses words like "steal of the century", "unstopable tornado", "screaming bargain", "tons of money", etc, etc, etc to promote his view of the world. He argued point blank that the consensus estimates were "way too low" for YHOO at 20% growth this year. He could not have been so misinformed as not to know that they would be guiding down, not up. He should try a little factual analysis and apply some concepts relating to valuation if he wants to be taken seriously. For a couple of years hype ruled -- no more.
