There may have been some foreign selling of bonds, but on the whole bonds have been in a bull market since Jan. 2000. The short end has only recently rallied, which tells me that the bond party may soon be over - especially if the economy begins to recover. BWDIK?

Actually, I think the Fed and Treasury have been the big sellers of the USD in the past month. The October announcement of intervention proved to be unwise, so I think the interventions have been done more quietly since then.
