Frank,

<< we will not hold the 2nd G&K Reunion ... will schedule one later in the year on the east coast or midwest. >>

That's cool ... May is great in Atlantic City .... Williamsburg ... Myrtle Beach ... or Kiaweh ... then there is The Apple ... Philly ... DC ... or Atlanta.

Big bang for the buck in Myrtle Beach and good connections now by air.

As for San Diego ... I hope to be there ... probably can ... but it is a little early for me to plan.

If there:

Reservations: None yet - probably will do Singing Hills in El Cajon or down on Imperial Beach but am flexible and will be toting clubs and my high handicap.

A villa suite for 4 golfers at Singing Hills works well if any duffers interested.

People: 1 (maybe 2, but probably 1)

Arrival: Saturday

Departure: Wednesday or later

Air: I'll book

- Eric -

Uncle Frank,

I plan to attend the meeting. I have a place to stay but would like to get together for lunch or whatever.
I am mostly a lurker but enjoyed meeting with everyone last year. Will be arriving on the 26th and leaving on the 28th.

Thanks,

Everett Smith

UF:
What are the plans for the WW Portfolio? Will it contain a mix of Gorillas that didn't make the cut, SP, Princes and Kings? Or is there a criteria that the company has to met?

Hi Uncle Frank,

I'm a lurker in these parts, and I must comment that the G&K thread is hands down the best investment discussion board on the internet. My sincere thanks to all the regulars (and not-so-regulars)!

I shall be attending the Qualcomm annual meeting and look forward to meeting the rest of you who make it down to San Diego.

# of people: 1

Arrival/departure: Arriving the 25th or 26th (still to be determined) and leaving the 28th

Hotel: Have not yet made arrangements

Happy New Year!

UF,

By consensus of the Round Table, we will not hold the 2nd G&K Reunion in conjunction with this year's Qualcomm Shareholders' Meeting, but rather, will schedule one later in the year on the east coast or midwest. However, I'm sure some of us will make the journey to San Diego in February, and we shouldn't miss the chance to have an informal party. The Haj, who is in the travel business, has most generously volunteered to assist in any such endeavor, and has already researched accommodations. To start the ball rolling, please respond to this post if you are planning to attend, listing the number of people in your party, your arrival and departure dates, and if you have already secured accommodations.

Have any arrangements been made? I had responded to this post a few weeks ago but never received any further information. Is the group meeting up? Any details as to when and where? And shall we make our own arrangements for accommodations or is the Haj setting something up as mentioned in the original post? Just trying to plan the trip and would like to get started making arrangements.

Hope you can provide some info.

Thanks.
