Hi Mark,

One for you to take a gander at;

FDRY: big move from low 10's on volume, earnings come out 1/24 they should be weaker and a lot of lawsuits have been filed, but good intraday trader, to follow MLCO's action, also WARR was a big seller going down.

Have been doing mostly intraday scalping and going flat by days end. Same suspects INTL,ATML,CSCO,DELL,ERICY,LU, and some biotechs. Lots of crosscurrents in the market, with the Fed looking friendlier and earnings season upon us. Smaller regional banks are showing signs of life, interest rate margins should start to show improvement. Will be interesting to see what ends up happening in CA. with the utility situation there.

Hello Mark - noticed your holds and how you're betting on gold seemingly even more than in the past. Have a small watch list where PDG currently ends up on along with NEM. Have defensive plays in mind that "should" (operative word) generally go up regardless of how the market plays out. I do think in the next month or so, the nasdaq will seek out and hit a new 52 wk. low. Watching:

BCE, SLC, MFC, SU (tse), CNQ (tse), PD, NEM....
