This Hogan guy is bullish on the banks. How can that be? Bank of America is trouble. Interest rates are falling. Defaults are rising. Retail sales are dismal, so demand for loans will be less.

Hogan seems to have his head in the clouds. I'll take relentless bear Fleckenstein any time. He just seems more grounded.

Check this market timer out! He was Market Timer of the year in 95, 96, 97, and in 99. Is his hay day over or is it time for him to come back after a one year absents?
