yes, i also believe there will be a Bush honeymoon, but i believe it'll last into early April. very similar to last year. AND i think it could be a pretty good rally in March, one that drives bullishness to new extremes before it falls apart again. of course the situation will have to be re-assessed once we get there. if there's a widespread belief at the time that it's only a sucker's rally, it could extend. but somehow i don't think that's how it will be...the last time people thought so was in late '98 when we blasted off on the third cut. they're now well-trained, and will believe in the next rally imo. they're full of hope/belief NOW already.
