So far Mr. Bush has predicted the sky is falling, and we need to spend all our money, and blow the surplus defending ourselves against the ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah da da who are they da we ah da need ha da ah shield, martians, maybe?

And cut taxes for the rich, so they will have more money in 2003 which will prevent a recession in 2001, dah?
