and at what everybody thinks is the low to boot. i'm surprised...i thought they'd cut back a bit. presumably they're just taking the other side of the wildly bullish small traders who are piling on (btw, new reporting limit is 1,000 contracts, so 'small' traders may in fact not be all that small)
