OK, now you're forcing me to expose my deepest ignorance.

With both EXDS and Ariba, I am very convinced that the service they offer is essential to their customers. Regarding Ariba, I don't know their specifics, but I am very sure that supply chain management is essential to the survival of industrial companies. What I don't know is who is the better vendor for that. Ariba or I2 or xyz. I guess Mark F likes SCM. So basically at 80% off, I think Ariba is an acceptable risk.

Same idea with EXDS. I just can't imagine an industrial or retail business doing their own internet connection. What for ? A specialist will provide better service, cheaper. And again, I don't know who among the vendors is better positioned. So I just close my eyes and buy.
