Well John Hammond was a little disappointing last night. The guys still got a voice and the old blues classics to sing, but his guitar playing was a little "rough" in places. Some of the changes in his playing during songs were very sloppy. It was like his fingers just couldn't move fast enough anymore. We left after the first set which was like almost an hour long.

Ouch ! Many good memories there. As Jake would say, I guess they have to play by the numbers too. Hope they can stay open, though I haven't been there for awhile.
