Stopped by to take a look before deciding whether to make the effort to look much more deeply. Have a few quick questions, if you don't mind.

1) Does IBEM have a strong patent position or is the claim to propriety in the business model based largely on the geographical breadth of its servers and the convenience of closeness for streaming?
2) What if any effect will the AOL/TWX merger have on AOL's use of IBEM's streaming media services? Has this come up in any conference call or company release? Here, my concern is whether AOL will cease using IBEM and opt for.....
3) ....convergence with existing TV and cable properties. Is it known where IBEM is positioned vis-a-viz the convergence of TV, radio, and the Internet? For example, are they likely to try competing with OPTV, IATV, and the like... or stream audio across a Kerbango type Internet radio?
4) What if anything is IBEM doing/likely to do with the growing world of wireless -- cell phones, PDAs, etc.?

Hope it's not an imposition to ask. Thanks in advance for any answers or educated guesses.

I'm one who thinks pure Internet applications are likely to become a dinosaur as the average Jane and Joe opts for accessing the Web, digital movies, radio, etc. through the TV set or even a PDA rather than at a stand-alone computer terminal. At a glance, I couldn't find anything on IBEM's web site addressing this issue.
