Hiya Don just popped in after reviewing the P&F charts for the indexs...and a ton of stocks too... i'm seeing a lot of backside bounces back up into resistance..and the index must breakout here or were going down fast... doji's are everywhere on the indexs and the stock charts too....and of course we hit double tops and triples, on P&F... but it looks like a ton of sellers apeared at all these R area's..mostly the 40 ema on the daily candle charts... anyway...if we reverse down here, without a breakout now i think we are in serious trouble on the long side... the DJIA looks like a H&S formation on the daily, with 3 time frames over head at the 20-40-200 emas as hard R...if we break 10,300 we are going right to 9700.. on the NAZ, we rallied right up to the 40 ema on the daily..sellers appeared there, it's the downtrend line too...2500 3 box reversal down from here may not be very good..any break of 2250 is death....not saying we get there...the FED is in BIG play right now... the SOX index is the best looking of them all...there's tremendous resistance at 680..a good breakout of 700+ would make me feel better...this index is above the 20-40 ema's..it could however pullback to 625 and not break the uptrend line... the NDX rallied up to the 40 ema on the daily and the downtrend line has held it in check all the way down...since mid Oct...it contained all backside bounces...it did break a triple top last week...but...if it does not continue up right now...any 3 box reversal down is a failure of that top..2400 is the number.. QQQ's hit a 2B top at 64...i am selling it MON, unless it breaks thru 64/65 hard...the chart has the exact same look as they all do...pretty amazing... and almost all the stocks i trade and follow have the same look too..negative to my way of thinking unless we just pullback nicely and then reverse back up and thru these tops... man we have been on track together...wonder if it's osmosis<G> best to you OJ
