HG, We have jsut the opposite in South Florida this winter..
Not much of a rainy season over the summer has depleted water suppplies in the main lake that supplies South Florida's water supply..
We are going to a phase II conservation on Wednesday...
Watering lawns only 2X a week.
Reduction in water pressure by 30 percent..
Car washing only one day a week with recycled water preferred.
$500 fines for penaties if you get caught..

When I run my sprinklers which are off a well it takes longer to get the water to the surface than usual..
