A nifty recession indicator: mention of the word "recession" itself in the financial press. I betcha, we just completed Q1 of the 2 Qs of declining growth! i.e. we are already in a recession. (I am not sure if the refinancing activity and the money from the home equity will save them from negative growth in Q2!)

Well we thought those analysts deemed responsible for emptying the pockets of the bag holders and who survive what they've preached could be sentenced to cleaning up. Just an idea.

One I should probably dis-own immediately.
