Jeff..is the picture you provided Ginger? If so, it's an old idea...in fact, it's been in existence for a long time. Great idea for a column though: Guy's flying erratically, gets pulled over by local or state cops, (a whole new bureacracy with multi-billion funding of course). "Close your eyes, hold your hands out, touch your nose. Now recite the alphabet, backwards. Walk the line. You're busted." Flying under the influence...FUI. Or Flying while intoxicated FWI. Or Flying Under Compulsive Kamikazeism...now there's a fine acronym.
