The market is once again ignoring bad news,>>> thats gud, dood, and it did a little bit of that about a month ago and went down again. there will be a slew of earnings this week, sure to be gloomy outlooks, with the nas back to st overbought and the rydex bear fund buyers riden out of town on a rail car, let's see the resolve of the bullz in the face of bad news. b

eichler said<the market is going to go up again, for no apparent reason, other than maybe "it's time" once again> and that is the only rational i can myself endorse,and one i take seriously.But my "gut feeling" is if this presses say 3200-3400,we have another train wreck,as i just think the "up spinners" are making their "rally up" case as we sink slowly into economic quicksand.In short,i think rallies now are classic "it must go up" rallies as our retirement plans are more and more based on a market bubble therefore the bubble must be fed by our money regardless.For an 'old guy' like me who never had a 401k plan,or thoughts of SSI money being invested in the market,this be a strange and perhaps dangerous brew for the young.max
