Try one more time. I'm using a small screen, a Dell 14.1" laptop, so if you're using a 17" regular monitor, it may not work the same. When you have Favorites open on the left side, that vertical window can be stretched to the right. With the cursor over the right edge, you'll have a double arrow. Drag the right side to the right as far as you can. On my screen I can get 4 lines per subject, caused by the time breaking into Jan 13, 2001 hh:mm PM (or AM) If that works, just drag the right edge back to the left as far as you can until you get the format you don't want, and then move back to the right a little. There is a point where you will have the date on 2 lines as mmm dd, yyyy hh:mm xM or mmm dd, yyyy hh:mm xM Either works for me.
