A@P have had the information about McBride's Probation for a while and fed it to AMEX, knowing full well that it would kill any chance of SEVU being listed... That would explain why McBride was optimistic till the last moment... I hope McBride relinquishes his CEO Position and appoints a well seasoned and Credible CEO in his place... He should also change the PR/IR Agency ASAP, since Yerkes doesn't do a good Job, IMO and to avoid the apperance of Conflict of Interest... JMHO, F. Goelo + + +
