JNPR chart data FOR ONE MIN CHARTS prior to 1430pm on Jan 11-01 not available on any of a number of different servers.

Do you know what the problem is?

I think i'mm seeing things....
Looking at a daily charts on Boston r04.....
I see equal duplicate candles of the equity...doesnt matter which one it seems to be all of them....
ie...MSFT dated 1/12....I could post the data, but you can see that.....then the next candle to the right is zackly the same, except for the date 1/15...

Now what is that all about ?.....
And this without even drinkin....

Hey Paul,

I just went to the Quote.com website to check my account:

#1 -- I did NOT have to log in, I was ALREADY logged in from the last time which was well OVER a month ago
#2 -- My full credit card number was STILL available for anyone to see
#3 -- there is no way to change the email address
#4 -- there is no way to change the password
#5 -- there is no way to view account options
#6 -- there is no billing summary

Is this the best you guys can do?

All of these features were available under the old format so why did you "upgrade" to something so obviously inferior? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS UPGRADE? Any time frame on when you expect to get it right and make our accounts secure again?

Are the Boston servers working tonight?

I get account not found on all of the Boston servers now. but I can log on to the Sunnyvales. I got the password change e-mail late Friday and think I was able to change back to my previous password successfully.
