As a P.T. who has worked in cardiac rehab, I can tell You Your husband is very lucky to get in CP. Your post just confirms to me what an unselfish and caring soul You are my friend. SpinCity1, I am very sorry to hear this about your husband. A good friend of mine 8 months ago had numerous stents implanted without having the first heart attack. I think I mentioned to you that I went to his funeral recently (50 yrs old). He was not feeling very well, he thought he was getting the flu. He called his doctor and the doc ordered 4 prescriptions OVER the phone. After a few days he was not getting any better so he went to the emergency room around midnight and the ER doctor had to remove some fluid from his lungs. Around 5 am the night of admittance he was talking to the nurse in the room and then suddenly died, he should not have died. His personal doctor was terrible and since he had no family except his 85 year old father no one will ever find out what really happen. Since you got the best doctors I know this will never happen to your husband. My 90 year old grandmother had major heart surgery with the best doctors money can find and she tells me "I have not felt this good in 20 years" and that was 3 years ago. I was told at that age doctors normally told their patients that nothing could be done for them. Everything will work out for you and your family, just kept the faith. I will pray tonight and tomorrow at church for your family. BTW did you replace the coffee table.
