I think these markets have been resting and consolidating nicely... also, Greenspan's 18 months of tightening has slowed these markets considerably, but gave then a chance to rest... the bubble had burst and much of the speculation has been taken out of these markets, especially the NAZ... having been in all cash since 12/31/99, I've been buying like crazy over the past ten weeks and I'm ready for the bull to waken from his nap.....
