JXM ... glad that ya'll liked the soup .... if I catch time tomorrow or Wed, I'll send the fixins for a LOW FAT *(as in nearly fat free) for a FAKE avacado guacamole salad .... oppps ... you are in 'cado country and this might be upsetting to you ..... of course, those little green egg looking thingies are so high in fat grams ... high as in I don't know of ANYTHING that has so many ..... and nearly all my current cooking endeavors are based on low fat since Mz Nemer had open heart surgery 4+ years ago .... I've modified nearly all the menu items in my home cooking .... oh well ... you'll just have to grin and bear it .... Nemer
